OptimLeave provides a cloud-based leave management platform that enables organizations to manage employee time-off requests, approval workflows, leave balances, and team calendars. The Service is offered under various subscription plans as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
5. Subscription and Payment

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change pricing for your current subscription, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by OptimLeave and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings in the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptimLeave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OptimLeave operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
